Platform

The GENCITY Platform

A sovereign AI infrastructure layer that executes AI workloads locally on edge nodes, applies hardware-assisted anonymization, and connects to Azure exclusively as a control plane — never as a compute destination for sensitive data.

Definition

Infrastructure, Not a Device

GENCITY is a distributed AI execution platform. It provides the compute fabric, anonymization layer, orchestration engine, and Azure integration required to operate AI at the edge — under full data sovereignty.

Local Compute Model

AI inference runs entirely on GENCITY edge nodes deployed within your physical environment. The compute never leaves your jurisdiction.

Hardware Anonymization

Anonymization at the hardware level strips PII before data reaches any software-accessible memory space, preventing bypass via application vulnerabilities.

Orchestration Layer

A lightweight engine coordinates workloads across edge nodes, manages model deployment, routes inference, and enforces policy from the Azure control plane.

Multi-Node Deployment

Deploy one node or hundreds across distributed sites with automatic failover, load balancing, and policy-driven workload placement.

Edge Nodes

Autonomous Local Operation

Each edge node is a self-contained AI execution unit. It hosts the inference runtime, anonymization engine, local model storage, and a secure channel to Azure. Nodes operate autonomously during connectivity loss and synchronize metadata when restored.

View Architecture

Autonomous Inference

Continues processing during connectivity loss. No cloud dependency for core execution.

Secure Enclave

Hardware-isolated execution. Cryptographic attestation verifies integrity at boot and runtime.

Zero Data Egress

Only anonymized telemetry and policy metadata cross the local-to-cloud boundary.
