What GENCITY Is

An Infrastructure Platform, Not a Device

GENCITY is a distributed AI execution platform. It provides the compute fabric, anonymization layer, orchestration engine, and Azure integration required to operate AI at the edge — under full data sovereignty.

Local Compute Model

AI inference and processing run entirely on GENCITY edge nodes deployed within your physical environment. The compute never leaves your jurisdiction. Models are loaded, executed, and served locally.

Hardware-Assisted Anonymization

Before any data point is processed or logged, the anonymization layer — operating at the hardware level — strips personally identifiable information, ensuring that even internal telemetry is privacy-safe.

Orchestration Layer

A lightweight orchestration engine coordinates workloads across edge nodes, manages model deployment, routes inference requests, and enforces policy — all governed from the Azure control plane.

Deployment Model

GENCITY deploys as a managed infrastructure layer — on-premises, in secure facilities, or at distributed edge locations. Nodes are provisioned and managed through Azure IoT and fleet management services.

Edge Nodes

The Edge Node: Where AI Executes

Each GENCITY edge node is a self-contained AI execution unit. It hosts the inference runtime, the anonymization engine, local model storage, and a secure communication channel to the Azure control plane.

Edge nodes operate autonomously when connectivity is limited. Workloads continue without interruption. When connectivity is restored, only anonymized telemetry and policy updates are exchanged with Azure.

Autonomous Operation

Continues inference and processing during connectivity loss. No cloud dependency for core AI execution.

Secure Enclave

Hardware-isolated execution environment. Cryptographic attestation verifies node integrity at boot and during runtime.

Anonymized Telemetry

Only metadata — stripped of PII — is reported to Azure for fleet management and operational monitoring.

GENCITY's operating model is built to satisfy regulatory, procurement, and compliance requirements across government, healthcare, and critical infrastructure verticals.

Data Residency

All sensitive data remains within the operator's physical environment. GENCITY enforces jurisdictional boundaries at the infrastructure level — not through policy alone.

Procurement-Ready

Available via Azure Marketplace as a SaaS subscription. Enterprise and government procurement workflows are supported, including custom contracting and volume licensing.

Lifecycle Management

Nodes are provisioned, updated, monitored, and decommissioned through the Azure control plane. Secure OTA updates maintain platform integrity without manual intervention.
